Involves experts and

trusted parties to integrate already working solutions

Even if

focusing on ready-made solutions for the emergency, it will move forward sustainable solutions using global UN (UN/CEFACT) standards and EU requirements to ensure the long-term viability of the services provided and that ultimately no funding would be required

Proposed by the team

of international experts and supported by the UNECE and IPCSA.

Ukrainian Ports Community System

Port Community System in Ukraine (ISPC)

was established in 2012 as a PPP project between Ukrainian Sea Port Authority and the private investor.

The project

was supported by the UNECE and based on the global and domain standards.

The ISPC

combined functions of the PSW and PCS.

All 13 sea ports of Ukraine

were covered by the system.

All public Authorities

present in the ports as well as the private parties were connected to the system.

More than 1500 legal entities

was using the ISPC for everyday operations for the beginning of the 2022.

Part of the big family

Member of the International Port Community Systems Association (IPCSA).

The War

At the beginning of the 2023 the project was suspended until (at least) the ports operation recovery.
